Service Description
This is a nature offering, where we meet at a trailhead and I provide spirit-based coaching while we hike and practice somatic skills in the great outdoors. These sessions might also include a guided forest bathing meditation, breathwork, or qi-gong.
Cancellation Policy
No need to respond to the confirmation email unless you need to reschedule. Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel/reschedule an individual appointment. Notification less than 24 hours from appointment time will incur a cancelation fee; you will be charged a $50 fee for short-notice cancelation. Exceptions to this policy may include but are not limited to: sudden illness, death in the family, and inclement weather. For classes or workshops, all sales are final/no refunds if you are unable to attend for any reason; this policy does not apply if the class or workshop is canceled.
