Service Description
Receive all the grounding benefits of being in nature while having your therapy session. Helps reset your nervous system; we'll practice calming skills & forest bathing guided meditation; or we might do shadow-work or letting go rituals, whatever you need for your healing journey. Easy flat hike or moderate incline hike options. Sliding scale pay options available.
Cancellation Policy
No need to respond to the confirmation email unless you need to reschedule. Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel/reschedule an individual appointment. Notification less than 24 hours from appointment time will incur a cancelation fee; you will be charged a $50 fee for short-notice cancelation. Exceptions to this policy may include but are not limited to: sudden illness, death in the family, and inclement weather. For classes or workshops, all sales are final/no refunds if you are unable to attend for any reason; this policy does not apply if the class or workshop is canceled.
